We understand the free shipping offer might be a little confusing as this is the second month we’re offering it. However, last month’s KLR Group Buy guys figured a great system to keep the free shipping going.

After you place your order through www.superbrace.com and entering supersale in the coupon code, simply make a post/ reply in this forum with either your last name, order id, or even your avatar (whatever you feel comfortable with) so the next member can enter one of the three in the additional information line. As soon as we see one of the 3 in a future order, we’ll refund your domestic shipping (or equivalent for international orders).

The last xlforum member's order id was 1087, so hopefully the next member will enter that in the additional info line when order.

What happened to my shipping refund?

I tried to buy a superbrace this morning, selected the product, entered all the info, it entered the shipping charge, added #1125 in the addt'l info box, put supersale in the coupon code,got to the checkout & it said my cart was empty and there was an error in processing. Did it again-same thing.

Please post if there's a problem.

I recieved my Superbrace today. Can hardly wait to get it on the Bike. But I noticed that I was charged shipping. I should have recieved Free shipping in lieu of Doxbike ordering after me and placing my order number 1132 on their order. ?????????
