View Full Version : "Lost" my Buell, gained....

Well, today my wife took over my Buell Blast. She starts her MSF class in less than 2 weeks.
On the other hand, we went to the H-D dealer to register for a Screaming Eagle V-Rod they are giving way, then looked at Sportsters. She finally said: I like that color, let's see what price we can get! (Missouri dealers aren't MSRP dealers.) We got this at MSRP, and added a Sundowner and back rest so my wife can ride along every now and then, and a QD windshield for highway driving.

Dusty, All your patience paid off! You sure have more patience than I ever would have! You're set now for a long time! Sure sounds like you have a considerate wife...she needs to give us a howdy now that she's one of the family! Have fun and learn lots at the MSF course, Mrs. Dusty! :D

Congratulations, Dusty! Your wait was well worthwhile. Break that Custom in very well for her...you'll be getting another bike in about a year!

I did 330 miles so far. For the rider is is a pretty good seat. A tiny bit mushier than a Corbin, but still comfy.

Tomorrow, I'll get Mary's view of the passenger portion.

won't Be dissapointed. Two of The best choices I made is marry my wife and
buy my sporty. I Think Thats great that Your wife Is learning To Ride. You
