There is a button on the LEFT side controls. It isn't the blinker, horn, or anything else that I can figure. It is on the back side. Anyone know what this does????

It flashes the headlights...its a momentary contact switch.....each pull flashes the lights once

Yup. Most European bikes come with this for passing.

The real reason I asked, to be technical about it, was:

1). The markings on there have all been rubbed off, for whatever reason

2). My buddy had a Triumph Triple, and there was a similar button, and when you hit it, it would "boost" the engine. Wasn't nitrous, so I figured it had to do with timing or something. Never rode the Triumph, so he could be full of shit, too.

Your buddy is full of shit...Does the same as yours...Fires a multi burst laser at the women talking on the phone in front of you while putting make up on while driving. Use that button liberally.:smoke
