A guy just lost a VROD to a guy on a Suzuki.....OUCH! :yikes :cry1 Preacher 7th July 2005, 11:18 I saw one show, was disgusted and vowed never to watch again. Then I saw the posts on the net by the guys that participated in the race, about how it was all a fake and noone actually lost a car and was even more disgusted. The host is a whining prick who knows nothing about cars or bikes and the show was 25 minutes of crap wrapped around 5 minutes of staging and racing. "Reality" TV isn't. jon686 7th July 2005, 13:45 When I watched the V ROD vs. Suzuki show I expected to seesome background info on the bikes, profile of the riders and such. I was disappointed overall. The races were the best part, but other than that the show was really lacking. Sucks for the guy on the V ROD considering the clutch problem. A couple times their conduct bordered on getting out of hand- I was waiting for that to happen. I'd say the days of the show are numbered if they don't make some drastic changes. 2wheeltodd 7th July 2005, 14:15 OPERATOR ERROR! sflier 7th July 2005, 14:35 I saw one show, was disgusted and vowed never to watch again. I tuned out after the first 5 minutes of the first show. Clark_2510 7th July 2005, 15:42 I don't understand these reality shows. They are so far from my reality or the reality of people I know. I wnat to se a legimate race not a hollywood script. I don't care about people losing their pink slips.I think your off your rocker if you put your pink slip up for a race. There is always someone faster and better. John sportsterrific 7th July 2005, 17:38 As a previous Suzuki GS1150 owner and V-Rod fan, I was intriguied & watched the show. Poor productions values, and did these 2 schmucks do their homework re: the competition? Those were two unequally matched bikes. However, it's good to see the old GS's haven't lost their drag-strip dominance! GSB_77_XL 7th July 2005, 18:16 whats a TV? I havent turned mine on for about 2 months, cause there aint nothin worth watchin no how. |
