BIL update

My BIL who has cancer continues to fight the battle to win. He agreed to try an experimental drug. The sad news is there appears to be some devastating side effects........one of his finger bones has dissolved......it is just gone. He must have his finger amputated......the lower half. Sadly he is now having issues with his ankles ...................
Update 10/12/09
Sadly, cancer is in 80% of his liver. All the tx he has had did buy him some time. Their hoping at this point he makes it through Christmas 2009. This is a sad one.

Sadly, my BIL passed away last night around
11:00PM. His immediate family was with him.
He is loved by many. RIP, my friend.
