Time for another installment of "THE WAY I SEE IT" by the wisest ass ever to grace the Internet ... Baphomet.
Say you have 1000 dollars in a savings account and you want to buy an item for 1000 dollars. You want to keep your money in savings so you decide to put the 1000 dollar purchase on your credit card and pay it out in installments.
The way I see it, you are now paying interest on your savings NOT the purchase. See if you can wrap your mortal mind around that fact the next time you reach for that plastic!!
