From there we rode to Keytesville, MO to visit the monument to General Sterling Price

I was born in Connecticut and lived in the North East part of the country so I am definitely considered a Yankee by my traveling companion. He's a true Southern Boy who has very differing views about The Civil War than I do.

Since moving to Missouri I've started learning more about the other side of things and have come to see that not everything is black and white.. or is that blue and gray?
