N.W. Ok Ride
I'm putting a group ride together from N.W Ok via Red River/Taos New Mexico & Colorado for the last weekend in June if anyone's interested. We will be leaving Enid and heading west on Friday, June 24th and stop in Red River N.M. for the night....ride from Red River up thru Colorado, probably to Colorado Springs and stay for the night. The rest of the trip will be spent wandering aimlessly back towards Taos via the Rockies & returning to Enid on Monday, June 27th.

All interested....this is really early to be thinking about it but I am looking into doing this one again around the similar time frame. Route may vary to stay a little more west of the front range in Colorado tho this time.
I will continue to monitor this post as the time grows closer. Construction from Clayton to Raton NM should be all done, just went thru there while skiing a couple of weeks ago and its the 4 lane is almost all open now. Of course the ride to the summit of Pikes Peak is a must @ 14,000+ feet, this was taken on the way up.

Enid? I was born in Enid! Unfortunately I have most of my vacation time planned for this year and its a little far for me to ride on a weekend for me. Looking forward to pictures.

Trip is 6 weeks away, it has been scaled back a bit to riding over to Red River, NM and spending a couple of days doing the enchanted circle and other sights.
