Looking for someone to do some metal fab work

I need a set of brackets made that will elevate the rear floorboards I bought for my wife. The hardware that came with them (total crap) places them too low; the pipes interfere and I'm unable to mount the floorboards level.

I have in mind a bracket design that should be fairly easy to make by someone who knows how to cut, bend and weld 1/8" or 3/16" steel.

If I provide a three-view drawing (top view, side view, end view) with dimensions, is there an XLF member out there who would be willing to build a pair of brackets for a reasonable price?
