Default Oil tank leaking

I have some drips coming from the oil tank, looks like it might be coming from the t fitting at the bottom of the tank. From the research i've done it looks like a permenant metal to plastic fitting. I doubt the rubber lines are leaking.
I have not tore into it yet, but wanted multiple opinions before I do.
I'm headed to price a new tank, but thought i'd stop here frist.
Thanks
Keith
