I don't know the opposition but he seems to know who I am. I came in under his quote because he drew first blood. The client is importing new components and having them fitted which is a good thing. These cars are complex and the way it's wrecked I'd need to mirror all the bits off the right side as almost all the stuff is missing on the left.
If you think I'm not a stand up guy that's my fault for wording my post wrong.
No harm done, Don't take a hike.

Perhaps more like the fact that emotion and some of the fine points are lost in typing, rather than speaking. What's I type, I find, just never seems to carry exactly what I mean. Something gets lost, so I guess that can work for others the same way. Add to my likely need to understand that the economic engine in your part of the world runs likely different than in Canada. You're man enough to supply a good response with sound reason. If you weren't stand up, I imagine you would not have taken the effort to clarify things. Fault shared, with thanks for bringing to light more about the conditions of the circumstance.

So you're in Canada!!!! As long as you're not a Newfie or a Quebeqois
It's all good brother. We fight the fight and life is HARD wherever we are. As a friend and mentor once told me "If we can't beat them on the ice, we'll beat them in the alley afterwards".
The work is coming in steadily so the funding for the bike is back on track and I'm just waiting for a few parts before I can post. God Bless.

I was making a joke but you must be a shortsighted newf because you missed the five.
Let me explain how a dumb heartless, ballfree South African knows what a Newfie and a Quebeqois is. I played hockey with them in a Pro League. Yes sir, I actually got paid money, all 5'7" of me. I've heard all the jokes and that's all they are. I had two Newfs on my line and they were cool dudes except for the fact that the other guys ribbed them constantly.
How did it start, the funny newfy thing?. A new guy sat down to get dressed for practise and the question was. Hey new guy, where you from?. He just sat there, head down unpacking his gear. One dude said, you're a newfy and the next thing every Canadian was chanting Newfy, Newfy!!!. It was hilariuos and that's how I found out all about it.
I wish Tim was as aggro as you. We would have won way more fights, Lol.
If you want to get serious about a simple joke I made about Newfoundland that's fine. I have no problem with that. The thing about forums is that you don't actually know the person you're in conversation with. He could be a Delta Force specialist or some nerd in a high rise. To want to beat someone up for making an innocent joke on a forum is ridiculous. Get to know me first, you might even like me.
I got to learn my skills with fibreglass from making goalie masks for my younger brother way back in the 70's. I like Canadians, they raised me, were my mentors etc. You wanna beat me up?.
