Ironhead Oil line leaks

I have a 1973 XLCH with a rocker oil line that seems to want to blow out at a frequent rate. I have installed new seals and that seem to help for a short period. I have tried rejustments with the oil line as close to center position as possible and retighten.... seems to help for short period. The leak doesnt appear until after it reaches operating temp. All the componets (seals, oil lines, nuts) are new. As anyone had this problem and how do you resolve???. I did a search for a cone compression washer....but havent had much luck. As anyone tried to double the seals up????
