Default push rod adjusting screw thread

I need to chase the threads on my push rod adjusting screw to clean it up a bit, also wanted to retap the tappet end so I don't cross thread, but I can't figure out what type of thread it is. I thought 24 but nope. Anyone know what kind of thread this is, its very fine? Thanks

It all depends on the manufacturer as they are different from brand to brand.

Jims chrome moly pushrods are normally 24 TPI and their aluminum rods are 32 TPI.

Tried the 24 and it was wrong. Maybe the 32 though, I'll give it a shot. Thanks for your time.
