Alarm Indicator Light Comes on When going Downhill.
So everytime I go down a pretty steep grade the red security key light comes on, when I level back out it turns off. Just wondering if anyone knows what's going on with that. Even though my bike came stock with the alarm option it don't actually have one installed.

You need to check for diagnostic codes.

If the light comes on, you probably have the TSSM - Turn Signal Security Module. But, your symptom sounds like a wiring issue, probably something shorting out when the ass end is up. Maybe jack up the back end of the bike and see if it comes on? And yes, khaskins is right, pulling codes will give you a clue where to look.

Do you have it out of gear and just coasting down the hill? If so, stop doing that.
That is the only time my iron does that. My parents live on a mountain, and when I leave from there I like to just let the bike idle, out of gear while I coast down the dirt road to let the engine warm up a bit before I flog it all the way home. That's the only time that light comes on. Something to do with the bike moving and running, but not in gear. Must be a conflict between the speed sensor and the security module.
If I properly let it warm up in the driveway, and just keep it in second gear all the way down, it doesn't come on.
Do you have the black round key fob with your key? if so, you have the security system installed, just no siren. the siren was optional for that option....

Bingo!...well close.
Doesn't have anything to do with the bike being in gear. If the clutch lever is pulled in or the bike is in neutral and is traveling for over 60 seconds over 10mph you will get a code. Probably have a B1154 if you check your codes:
