Heck yeah! I have only ordered small stuff so far and it arrives very quickly. I didn't realize just how good they are until I had to order a $5 part from J&P, that ended up costing $17 with shipping and handling, that took two weeks to arrive.
I've all but given up on J&P and Dennis Kirk. Lowbrow puts them to shame. The service is great and its run by good people. Also the part selection is full of cool hard to find stuff.

Love reading good reviews of a company I just ordered stuff from. Been a week and still not arrived, but being in Australia I'm not really expecting it for at least another week or two (maybe more, depending on customs).
One thing I loved about the site is that they have shipping costs easy to see when shopping, didn't have to wait for a few days to get an email back telling me the cost. Just instant dollar number.
Good retail service is starting to be pretty hard to find. When you find it, hang on to it!
The extra cost is usually worth the extra care and service.
