Default New handle bar install

I have a 2011 '48 and am planning on install Lickscycles 10" aped z bars. The stock height on the bars is 4.5" but now I have flat drag bars installed with no changes to the stock cables. How long does the new clutch cable, wiring harness, etc. have to be?

Just trying to save some cash and heart ache.
