Hella lights are good, but that harness seems pointless. the factory plug is the sae just not dipped im plastic. as a replacement it would be good.

although, i cant see any halogen being as bright as a HID.

i put HID in all my cars. i hate driving without them.
as long as you have your lights aimed properly its all good

The plug is ceramic....and it has a 6" pigtail of heavy wire....its said to take temps up to 465f...I doubt the stock plug will take that heat....and when compared side to side, it makes the factory plug look like it belongs on a toy....

-update-
well i was taking parts on and off and i broke the wires on the back of the HID bulb. i emailed the guy from ebay and negotiated just buying the bulb from him... 4-6 weeks shipped though because its overseas.

so in the meantime i bought a PIAA XTREME WHITE PLUS bulb. this one bulb was $65.
i also grabbed the icon striker vest and my total was $150...considering ive seen just the vest listed at $150 i guess i did fairly well, the bike shop across the street from my house was having a tent sale...its faster to walk there than ride or drive.

im going to wait about 30-40 min then go back to the same parking lot that i took the HID pictures and try to do the same thing, this will give a good comparison of the HID vs PIAA arguments ive seen on here. i dont expect it to be as bright as the HID but we will see.

well the HID is a lot brighter, but the PIAA isnt bad for just a halogen.
