90ci 2005 Sportster
This is a much more street-oriented build than the one I posted earlier.
HAMMER PERFORMANCE/Axtell 90ci Kit
HAMMER PERFORMANCE Sledge Head Porting Service
Red Shift 585 Cams
Bassani Road Rage Short exhaust
Mikuni HSR45 carburetor
Twin Tec TC88A ignition
This one is very pump gas friendly and has a reasonably wide powerband, although that exhaust isn't doing us any favors on the top end.

Love the TQ curve. It is a blast to ride I am sure. You would do a lot of them if folks new what they were like to ride. What would you have chosen for an exhaust with that combination?

Aaron, do you have any info on the TC88A mapping, that was used for that build?

Thanks for the comments guys, glad y'all like it.
It's a very street oriented build, obviously we can make a bunch more power when we want to, but there's a lot to be said for a well mannered build with a wide usable powerband. You're exactly right, a bike like this is a thrill to ride. Any speed, any rpm, roll on the throttle and it just surges forward and stretches your arms.
Rico, I'll have to ask Hammer Dan as this was his build, he did the whole thing, but I thought he said it was a map he got from you.

Thanks Aaron,I wondered what ever happened with that. So was that the one he was having wet sumping issues with? You said he was determined and would get it working right...looks like he did.

Aaron...do the Hammer Performance 88 and 90 inch kits also utilize the new X Forging piston design like the 1250 kits do?
