I have to agree! I ordered some handlebars and wanted to know when they would be shipped. I emailed AJ late at night and he responded right away even while out of business hours. He found the order and let me know it was shipped. Excellent company to deal with. Great customer service!!
I ordered a new solo bag to replace my damaged one on the 26th of Feb, still waiting for a reply/email...they havnt contacted me even after sending them an email asking if everything is ok with my order....... Dose anybody know if everything is ok with them?
