Turn signals stay solid (but hazards blink)
My 94's turn signals dont blink, they just stay solid. All the bulbs are good. I looked at my FSM but it wasnt of much help. I was thinking its the TSM until I realised the hazards still work. Is it possible for the hazards to still flash w/ a faulty TSM? How can I test the module?

It could be a faulty turn signal module. However, before replacing it, make sure all electrical connections are good. Since it flashes all 4 bulbs, there is a good chance of corrosion in the connector: Disconnect, clean and try again.

Yea, both front and rear dont flash. They just stay solid, however, if I activate the hazards all four flash.

Thanks, I'll check the connection to be sure. Idk why the FSM doesn't have an ohm or continuity test for the module itself. All it says is;
Check for 12v @ pin 2 and NEG @ pin 1
Place jumper between 2&4 and right F&R should illuminate.
Place jumper on 2&6 and left F&R should illuminate.
Place jumper on 4&8. W/ right switch depressed, both right lamps should illuminate. 6&10 w/ switch depressed will illuminate both left lamps.
Anyone know of a way to actually test the module? I dont care to spend $160 to find out its something simple.
Thanks

As far as I know, that is all that you can do to test it. If Cosmo sees this, he may have some further advice.
