i know, this is the part nr for a tensioner assembley, i´m just not sure, if this is the one for the heavy duty part to replace part nr 39970-91.

i´m looking foe part nr of the heavy duty tensioner mentioned in this article:

i would order from nrhs but i live in europe and so this is very expensive

My 2002 parts book show it comes as an assembly.
pn 39975-90A CHAIN ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY
Only thing you can buy piece by piece are the two nuts. Looks to all come as a package.
