Default Changing the brake pedal

I am not a big fan of the stock brake pedal. Is there a way to put a shifter peg on the brake side? Has anyone done this or does anyone have instructions. Or heck is there a part out that is pre drilled.

You can cut off the pedal part, and drill and tap the arm for a shifter peg. Or you could do what I did and fit replacement levers:

I got them from colebane on the Forum; I don't know if he still makes them.
