little help with figuring out motor mount stuff
So almost two years ago, I tore apart my bike with the intention of doing awesome stuff with it. Today, I can't wait any more to get this thing back together and ride it again, so I'm trying to work with what I have and put it back together again. I'm at the point where I'm putting the motor back in, and I'm getting stuck on the front motor mount situation. I'm pretty unfamiliar with getting this deep in a bike, and my mind is coming up with the motor's alignment in the frame being critical. I labeled all the hardware that came out of my bike in ziplock baggies, so I know I have what came off the bike. My problem is where it comes to where the washers go. I have a parts manual, but the diagram is confusing as hell to me.
Can anyone take a picture of their front motor mounts to clearly show where the washers go in relation to the spacers, frame, and mount plates? I would be very grateful.
Oh, and the bike is an '80.
Thanks, folks.

I don't have a pic handy. But I took my 79 motor out. To get a good weld on my tab for the jiffy stand.
There is one mount different than the other. At least on mine. Theres a nut welded on one of the front mounts. That one goes on the inside of the right side of the frame. The other goes on the outside of left frame. Left and right is just like u was siting on the bike.
So the two bushings and two thick washers and mount with nut welded on. End up in the center of frame, for frount two bolts ect. (the welded nut locates top rear of the 4 bolts asembleys.) So thats 2 washers
the other 4 go on the bolts first.
Hope this helps. there is a pic in the FSM under crankcase section. and the parts manual also gives a exploded view. Another reason to have these Manuals.
