Actually the person who is doing the heads for NRHS now is named Zach. I just guide him along and give him a nudge every now and again as needed.

I am way too busy answering customers e-mails and calls plus doing other work in the shop to also be doing all the headwork. We currently have 4 bikes sitting in the shop getting top end swaps, cams and headwork done to them. I am swamped!!!

10-12 hour days 6 days a week is the norm right now at NRHS. But I do take Sundays off.
