Sportster 72 seat on an 06?

I think you better look into this alittle closer. I just put a factory solo seat from a 2011 or 2012 model on my 06 custom. The 06 seat has an indintion in the seat pan to clear the electronics box that is under the seat. The newer seat does'nt have this indention. I also had to modify the rear bracket to make it line up the the mounting hole in the rear fender. I just used a cut off wheel on the seat pan and cut out the plastic to clear the eletronic box.
