Took her out for the first ride (in 37 degree weather) after putting in the .551 SE cams. Pretty noticeable difference and despite what I have heard, they arent that noisy!

Fit a set of Drag Specialities vintage frips to the bike. 11pm on New Years Eve, drunk, with my road tool kit and a bit of RTV. Only took me 15 minutes to do.

Oh, and dug out a snapped hero blob. Wonder if the rest of it is still somewhere around that corner.

Did you mount your Bags on the "wrong" sides to get better mass centralization or to keep from moving the rear signals ?? I like it as it keeps the look nice and tight like a Sporty should be.

I cut the tail light standoffs, took 1inch off them



One side all done

No point in relocating signals to make room for the passenger since I run a solo seat & deleted the p-pegs.
