Did you let it cool all the way down and try it again? If it runs good cold, but then acts up once warmed up, it could be the module. I just went thru a very similiar thing. Search all the threads with the title "ignition".
Drain tank, remove petcock, screen (filter) comes out with the petcock, use compressed air, choke cleaner spray, and flush it out opposite of the normal direction of flow. Reassemble. KD
