would you buy land if
i looked at some land 6 years ago but did not get a chance to buy it because it was under contract and then sold . fast forward 6 years , guy that bought land murderd someone and buried body on land in dish washer . man is in jail bank repoed land but im a little afraid of buying land with that kind of past . am i just being paranoid or would others be afraid of other bodys being found on that 40 acres or just bad joo joo from what happened there ? land would be bought for ag use , not to live there and land is priced lower than i could have bought it for 6 years ago.

Oh...man...I dunno. That's just effin' creepy! But, if it's a good deal, being sold below market value, I think I'd buy it. Then perhaps sell it later and make a profit.
If you were to buy it and sell at a later time, do you have to disclose the murder/burial info?

dont know if i would have to disclose it but its small town texas so everyone knows about it , im looking at another piece of land to but this this piece almost touches my land now and is cheap ( about half what it should be ) |

if its going to be farmed.most farmers i know wouldnt care about bad joo joo. if you dont buy it there will be guys in line behind you who will . is it tile land? will be worth more at least were im at.
