I think that will be fixed when you can take your hands off the bars at 120+. I am digging the rear section from the Buell. Close ups of the details where it's welded/bolted onto the OEM stuff? Also, I know it has to be fast through the corners with the gixer stuff but just how stable IS it?
As a guide to 'stable', my set up is 19/110 front, OEM, Works progressive springs gold valve emulator, rear Works Billet racers 13" with a 150/70 venom(going back to a 140 upon RnR though. It is the road racing set up as recommended by Works and is extremely stable through corners as well as straight line up to 155 so far

As for stable I also own a Gsxr and It is every bit as stable as it is. It handles great. Just want better back shocks and a little longer. I run a 180/55-17 in the rear with a 120 something in the front. Its what all crotch rockets run up front for size.
It used to start to wobble over 90. With the drop triple tree ive gone as fast as a sportster that is mainly stock can go with no problems. 35-40 mph corners with 90-100 mph exit speeds with no problems.
The tail section was just made with 1/2 inch round bar welded to the frame. Sorry but I cant give any close up pics. Tail is cut off the bike. Im moving it back a little.

little update on mine "cafe/tracker/XR883"
been thinking about this fuel tank, but it will take a sht load of work to make it work..

but i like the lines! but for now i will go with a sportster tank. and if i have the bike all dialed in i will look at the tank again..
carb setup is now as it will be. (had made several front manifolds, and ditched them in the trash)

They used to do exactly that... the model was called the "Buell".
