I reckon that when next winter comes, I'll fab up a new set of one-piece spacers for it. As for now, these will do.
Also, if you're considering getting this kit, beware of the rear brake line Chainsikle sells. As far as I know it may have only happened to me, but the rear section snapped apart at the caliper end with minimal torque (it was barely fixed into position). It seemed not to be that sturdy at all. My replacement rear brake line's new replacement seems to be much more flexible and sturdy, while still being steel braided.
To his credit, he told me by email that he wanted to discuss the matter, but that was about a month ago - I reckon he's swamped with work
Oh, and here's an artsy fartsy shot of the bike

My favorite color scheme on the Nightster. What's your plan for a seat?

Thanks mate. I also really like the old olive and black color scheme, but was too late to get that one. And this one is now also gone.
As for the seat, I am leaning toward the Le Pera Daytona Sport or Corbin Gunfighter, but I have to really browse around and see what's on offer. Anyone know where I can pick these at a good price?

Yeah, this is a Euro Nightster, and even with the RK air shocks, it's still taller than the US version.

Tiago,
Love your bike. Looks much better w/out the fairing, IMHO.

Small update: tossed the clubmans, put on a LSL flat tracker handlebar, and installed a rack on the back.
Now it looks like a half assed tracker/scrambler bastard, and I've never been so comfy and grinning like mad before
Pics to follow! (when it's day again)
