Would be better if we could actually get to the PDF. The links only point to JPGs of the four pages. Unless i am missing something.

I think i found that article elsewhere a few years ago and had the actual PDF. But i am not certain it is the same article.

Anyone see the actual PDF?

The link should take to my blog which then shows another link to download the pdf.

On the page with the first jpg, before you click the jpg to enlarge it, there is text above the jpg. Contained in that text is something like "click here for a pdf." The word "here" is not colored differently or underlined like most links are, but if you mouse over the word "here," you'll see that it is clickable. That link takes you to the pdf.
