Default Figured out what happened sunday

I pulled the front exhaust pushrod tube and the pushrod dropped out with it.

Now the question is why? Bike started first/second kick everyti,e ran great for 70 miles at 65 and then poof no front cylinder. Seemed like it was in adjustment. Any ideas other than it being loose>

Not centered in rocker shaft cup? Set nut worked itself loose? Nut not tightened? Bad MOJO?

maybe the locknut on that adjuster wasnt tight enough and vibration loosened it up. did it adjust back to how it is supposed to be okay? do a compression test to check your valves

I havnt gotten further than taking it apart. I took it apart in the back of my trailer last night before i went to bed (great part of being a houshold mover is I can carry it with me). I just got home tonight so i am gonna work on it friday probably. I will check the locknut and adjuster though.

If it wasn't centered you think it would run 70 miles before dropping??

Didn't even occur to me, 66. Could very well have been a stuck valve.

just reset the valve and do a compression test and it will tell you if your valve is stuck

It could also be a bad tappet roller. That would be an easier fix, at least.
