Default New progressive 412 shocks

Got rid of the crappy stock rear shocks and put on some Progressive 412 full covers.

Good choice, but then again I may be a little bit biased

I'm sorry, this may be a dumb question, but where do you get these shocks?

This is the company that makes them. You can get them from just about any aftermarket co. ie. Dennis Kirk, J&P cycles etc.

Default New Progressive 412 shocks

I bought Progressive 412 Heavy Duty shocks for my Sportster trike over a year ago. One of the bottom side rubber bumpers inside the metal mount was worn/deformed....I must have hit a massive pothole riding two up or something.

I e-mailed Progressive's warranty department through the link on their website. I told them that my shocks were no longer under warranty and asked if I could order a replacement rubber bumper.

They responded that 4 new bumpers were on their way to my home address and should be there within a week. NO CHARGE!

So, not only is the product excellent, they stand behind their product.

The more expensive shocks carry a longer warranty, limited lifetime, whereas the 412's have a one year limited warranty.

I'm really happy with the way I was treated by Progressive!!!

Progressive is a definite improvement over stock. I really don't think they can be beat as far as quality and price (good bang for the buck).
