How do you know when it's time to change your drive chain? The sprocket teeth look good and it isn't at the limit of the adjuster yet, but it is definitely tighter on one spot and looser on another when you rotate the rear tire. It seems like this loose/tight condition is causing the bike to kind of chug along a little bit at around 30-40 mph.
