Default Pic request!! 2" or 4" over front ends

Hey Guys,

been searching for a while with only a couple of examples. i am looking to lengthen my front end by 2" to 4" inches (new tubes) for a bit more clearance in the corners (and to hop curbs!!). looking for pics of this done with a rigid frame!

thanks!

below is a pic of the bike.

stock rake and extended tubes will alter steering characteristics a tad. nothing radical but different. you will find is will have a stall speed in turns. it will lift the frame and the cg will be higher. like i say, nothing drastic but different. if i get home and remember, i'll post a 1974 ch with + front end and no rake.

really like the lines of your machine, really looks old school. definitely not meant for riding in the rain.

I like the stance on your bike the way it is. Is something dragging on the corners?

Yeah, I'd have to say I really like the lines of your bike too, I wouldn't change much but maybe add a back seat for the ladies.

this is my front end:

I hope this link works. It is the same front end in it's OEM application:

I bought mine at a swap meet and replaced the tubes and bars.
