Default RSD Fork Brace w/ fender

I have the RSD Fork Brace installed on my '07 Roadster and I'm wondering if anyone has fit a fender onto it or any fork brace for that matter. I don't want the Super Brace. I've had that and didn't like it.

Reviving this from the grave.. I was just thinking about this this morning. I am thinking about trying to butcher up my stock fender and bolt or rivet it to a RSD fork brace. Get the affect of the brace AND keep it legal. I am sure the Superbaces work great, I've had one on another type of motorcycle and was pleased with it, I just don't like the looks of it in this case.

Wow, surprised this got responded too. That's what I'm still planning on doing while ride is sleeping this winter. I want to take the RSD Brace and work fender onto it.

Which is stronger? The Superbrace or the HD Billet Fork Brace?

I've had all 3. HD, Superbrace and now RSD. I think the RSD is the best. The only problem is the fender and hopefully I can fix that.

I kind of doubt that we could measure either of them for strength, most likely you will get the one that appeals to you the most. I went with the "Superbrace", in black, on my '06 as it allowed me to zip-tie my fork boots to it. The '00 sports the "Screaming Chicken" in chrome mostly because I got a hell of a deal on it.

Not trying to hijack this thread but how did you get the super brace on with the powder coat? Just had my sliders powder coated and the super brace just doesn't fit...

Cool

the relative strength differences between the Superbrace, RSD brace and the HD billet brace is a moot point, they are all significantly stronger than required to do the job when installed correctly......and they all perform exactly the same. the only practical differences are looks and how well the fender fits....apparently, the RSD brace doesn't have the hump in the middle to allow the fender to be on.......

we already have a pic of a Superbrace installed here....anybody have a pic of the RSD and/or the HD billet brace??

It's not about the hump, the RSD brace takes the place of the fender. I'll get a pic from the RSD site.
