Default Front and Rear Fenders On

Well, here is a little photo update of the front and rear fenders on the bike. I think it is going to turn out pretty good with the tombstone tail light and such. Going to go with a heavy metal flake paint, I think. something like what is on the new 2012 Sportster 72.. I really like the flake in that paint. Probably going to go a blue/white two tone.. Slowly but surely it is coming together.

Went to ride last week and wouldn't you know it the rivets let go in the rear sprocket.. So I have a new chrome sprocket and drum coming for it as well. From the way it sounds this would be the correct way to fix it since the holes tend to get oblonged and having it re-riveted is frowned upon.

Enjoy, I am off to work.

Starting to look like a strpiped down baby FL. Absolutely no offence intended. I like FL's. Big flake is going to give her that late 60's time warp look, So. definitely post when completed.

That is kind of my goal.. Have that classy 60's look with a little FL styling. Almost there!
