What are my options????
Front brake caliper on 76'xlh has bleeder valve sheered off with an extractor tool sheered off in it...what are my options for replacing?? can i use other year brake caliper with the forks i have? should i just bite the bullit and buy a new caliper for 300+ or cani some how drill out the extractor and rethread the caliper? will other year model calipers fit as there are lots of good deals on anything but the pie slice style that i have? thenks in advance.

Will this one work ? Or you can try and get the easy-out out, as you know the extractor or easy-out tightens counter clockwise, if you could get a small chisel on it and knock it clockwise it might break it loose enough to get it out, then maybe you could drill it out close enough to collapse whats left of the bleeder screw in the threaded hole. Hope this helps.

Or buy a decent caliper off a sport bike and make a simple adapter plate to mount it on your forks.

Iron 227, try to find someone with a EDM machine , electric discharge machine , i had a broken exhaust header stud and they cooked that sucker right out and left the threads intact . cant remember the charge but it was 20 or 30 bucks and i didnt have to over size the hole. Google EDM machine see what happens.

Be prepared to replace the caliper, but I have used a mig welder to build up the size of the broken-off bleeder screw (&broken easy out). The heat of the welding and the screw being a different metal than the caliper body will sometimes be all that is nesessary to free the screw.
ALLOW it to cool BEFORE :

Grabbing onto what you have welded up with a good pair of vice grips and twist in both directions, almost "wiggling" till and/if or/loosend. The heat of the welding I think does the magic.
Why they call them "easy outs" is Is BEYOND me.
I think the same guy invented "fix-a -flat" in a can.

Another option is to loosen caliper so brake line is now at top as air travels up you can pump some and wait are leave set over night and this should remove air.I'd make sure membrain cover on M/C isn't struck down.
Also you can take it to a machine shop they get it out.I'd also think of having it drlled and tapped for car size bleeder for those small ones are famous for breaking

You could also try to weld a nut to the remains with a MIG
