Default What kind of activities do you do to keep active?

Just wondering what others find time to do to keep active?

I am going to try to hit the slopes this Winter and try snowboarding again or dust my skiis off.

Currently doing pilates two hours a week but certainly that's not enough.

So, what do you guys do and how many times a week? (yeah yeah.. I know I am opening myself for some other comments!)

I do this every waking moment, 7 days a week, for 39 years. Oh, I also ride my sporty, fish, boat, hunt, throw darts, and do this now & then.

Default exercise

Swim, walk every where that is 1 mile or less, chase the dog after he gets off the leash, walk to all my doctor appointments, yoga and freeweights. Don't drink or smoke but am addicted to other sinful or lustful things.

Lift weights. Curling, specifically. 12 fluid ounces at a time.

I get a lot of exercise in the fall and winter hunting. And, in the summer, I get a lot of exercise just doing my thing.

I walk at least 45 minutes per day, ride my 15 speed mountain bike on occasion. I also build and fly RC model planes flying mostly fourstrokes and Diesels, sing in the choir, teach Sunday School every third week, ride the 1200C when its above 45. Do all my own home repairs and for others too. With seven kids somebody always needs something.
