Next chopper project
Well my garage is getting real crowded now. 2 weeks ago I picked a 65 Triumph 650 and have been working on it, and should be done in a few weeks except for paint and powder coat.
Now I just picked up a 73 sporty for my next project. Im thinking weld-on hardtail, and cut off everything that dont make it go down the road.
Ill post pics tomorrow when I pick it up.

Yes, the landlord has about 10 lama's running around the yard. lol
Its a great deal, but everything will have to be gone over. Loose bolts, wires hanging, ect. But there isnt very much rust at all, looks like its been inside most its life, and doest look like alot of wear on anything like the chain, are primary, ect.
Plan is to finish the triumph, and sell it. Use the cash to build the sporty, which should keep me from chopping my 05 for now.

I want to pick up a old cheap sporty and build some crazy bike for fun , I don't want to do to much more to my 1200 and I will need something to waste my time and money on. I have seen a lot of 2000-3000 dollar projects out there. It looks like you picked up a bichin project bike there. Good luck on both of them
