06 1200C dyno results need help
I had my bike dyno yesterday and I having problems with the air\fuel ratio. I t would spit and sputter when he would first start the dyno run and the pick up and smooth out. I’m not sure what adjustments the carburetor needs at this point. The engine is stock except for the SE slip ons, N4 Andrews cams, HSR42 carb. I did change the main jet from a 160 to a 155 today. The top dyno run is mine and the bottom one was for comparison
Here are my Specs.

It is a little hard to read the a/f looks like it went a little lean between transitions between jets. I know nothing about Mikunis so I can't comment about jetting or adjustment. The h/p looks about right.

Looks like right around 1700-1800 there's a hell of a lean spot. Is that right around where the spit and sputter is? If so, you narrowed down you're problem a little bit. I too have no experience with the Mikuni. I would think that it's the spot where you're transitioning from the idle circuit to the full throttle circuit if Mikuni's have the same setup as a CV. If that's the case, you can fatten up the slow jet and see what it does for you.
Hopefully someone who's actually tuned with one of these will chime in here and help out.
