Johnny Chop
This isn't Sportster related, but for those who may not have heard or even care, Johnny Chop passed away yesterday. He had some pretty cool concepts and designs. He had potential to do extremely well in the custom motorcycle world.

Where did you hear that at? He was a young dude, and a damn good builder. Thats sad to hear.

The horse board and jockey journal have the info. Heart condition. Apparently he had a transplant when he was younger.

"If you haven't already heard I hate to be the one to give you the awful news but our good friend and brother Johnny Vasko aka Johnny Chop passed away Tuesday morning. 13 years ago Johnny had a heart transplant and recently has had complications from that surgery. Tuesday morning he wasn't felling well and went to the hospital. While at the hospital his heart just stopped. As many of you know Gabe was Johnny's roommate and best of friends. Right now Gabe is dealing with all of the arrangements that come with this type of situation. I believe a service will happen some time soon in Santa Cruz where his family is. Locally there will be a party planned so that we can all get together and celebrate his amazing life because we know that is what he would have wanted us to do. As I type this I am still in shock because I was just with the man the other day and he seemed completely healthy. I only had the pleasure of knowing him for 2 years but he always treated me like we had been friends forever. He will really be missed.
