Default Lowered 1200c/Stock 1200L comparison

Here is my lowered '06 1200c compared to my wife's new '06 1200L. Her bike is bone stock and my bike has 11" progressive rears and 2" lowered progressive front springs. Big difference.

I do like her handlebars alot...makes slow speed steering feel so much more natural. I don't like her mid mounts though.

Not much travel left in the front, how's the ride? My 05 1200C is stock and it hits a little hard on manhole covers etc. I try to avoid potholes.

Thanks TC. I bought the engine guard and put it on.

The front progressive springs are much nicer than stock. I also bottomed out the stock when hitting bumps and man hole covers. Since I've installed the progressives I haven't bottomed out a single time on the front. I have bottomed out the rear however. I think if I had to do it again I'd go with the 11.5" rears for alittle more travel.

I'm going to go with some 12" apes on my bike I believe...when I do that I think I'm going to switch to the Low's riser setup.
