3" forward control extension from arlen ness
will a 3" forward control extension kit for a softail fxst work on a nightster? kit includes:
3” FORWARD CONTROL EXTENSION KITS
Features
Moves the OEM controls forward almost 3” for a more comfortable riding position
Kit includes black anodized billet aluminum adapter plates, extended stainless-steel rear brake line, extended shifter rod, kickstand spring pin and necessary hardware

No but, from what I understand they do have adaptor kits available for sportsters. Not sure for your year tho'.

I was wrong about the Arlen Ness adaptor kit. It's Jay Brake that has an adaptor kit to modify the fxr forwards to fit the sportster.

There is a guy on HD Forums that makes them then sells them there and offers them on ebay. I'm not endorsing these things, but people are liking them and say the price is right. Not my style, but hey. From what I understand, he is making another batch of 10 or so now. His forum ID is Bradley Jones so you might can dig him up over there and see if you like what he has.
