noise HELP

my bike has a clicking noise in the front pulley area it ts sound like it coming from inside. and it also sounds spring loaded. i took a long screw driver and had my buddy spine the rear tire when it was up on a jack to locate the noise. and it seems to be some were around the starter. it does it about 2 times for every full rear tire revolition.

the bike shifts and drives fine. i changed the pramary oil just to see if that was it. the chain seems good.

anyone. ive changed oil and primary it seems to only do it when the bike it warm.
