I bought the smallest one by Cortech... has magnets and it works really well... doesn't move and doesn't scratch and has a nice map window...

I think I've seen that here at Stubbs H-D. Kinda small just right for Sporty. But kinda pricey, knocks the sh*t out of a Benjie.

The one from TBAGS.COM is pretty cool. Uses suction... and looks pretty stylish.

I bought a Cortech when I owned my Yamaha. Never really fit. It works great on the Sporty. I don't like using it because it hits me in the stomach and now that I have a sissybar and luggage rack, I don't really need it. It is this one. I'd sell it for $30 plus shipping.

I bought one of these for my Ultra, but it works well on the sportster also. Made in the USA, expandable, waterproof (also comes with a cover and carrying strap). Held in place with magnets (which are in the 'batwings', to get around the console). Map pocket (reversible) and the price is reasonable. I got turned on to it from another forum. I'm well satisfied with it.
Gloves, tire repair tools, energy bars, goggles, hat, sunglasses, jerky and anything else that'll fit into it.

I know some people are gonna be worried about scratching the tank up, but I've put on about 3,500 miles with it and no scratches or mars. If you are really concerned, Aerostitch make a 'cling' plastic to adhere to the tank before installing the bag. That's what I do now........

I have one made by Nelson-Rigg. It is called the silver streak and it also uses the magnets to keep it in place. It is a really nice thing to have for extended trips because it holds a lot of gear that you would normally just try to put in your pocket.
I was just looking for a clear map holder for the tank and for a little bit more I found this tank bag.
When the bag is open there is an organizer for various things like a cell phone, keys, pens, paper more maps. There is also a spot for a music player so you can keep your mp3 player out of the elements. The next size bag also had a camelback style water system for those long rides.
All in all, I like it a lot but only use it on long trips.

I have one by "Joe Rocket"....kind of handy, and the dealer threw it in when I bought a jacket. The "bat wings" are long enough on mine to grip the rear fender if I toss it over the low profile seat. I think it's kind of ugly on the tank, but it's expandable, waterproof and has a map window, and has spent many miles on the tank.
