Default Gasket Opinions

Hey all Im thinking about purchasing the Genuine James complete gasket kit from J&P for my 72 XLH. Is this a good gasket kit? part no.431-481. Or is there a different kit I should be looking at? Should I be looking at the copper kit or the teflon kit? Thanks all Russ

James is very good. Next time i am going to consider Cometic, compare the two and decide. See what others here say.

I've had excellent service out of stock Harley gaskets. Harley sold a one size fits all gasket set for Ironheads although its been a few years since I've bought one. A dealer who works with olders bikes might have one. I've always preferred copper head gaskets with a little Coppercote gasket dressing. Never had a head gasket problem with these.
