Smile 13" 412's rear shocks on a 1200R ?

Hi all I was wondering if I put 13" 412's on a roadster would the half inch make a big difference ? I have a buddy who's looking to sell me a set cheap,the front end is still stock thnx for any help!!

especially if the price is right I don't think the 1/2 inch will be much of an adjustment at all. you could always slide the front forks up in the trees to level it out if need be and barly change any of the geometry at all

No difference, go for the deal. I like my Progressive fork springs too.

Hey Bob F do you see a big difference in the ride with the progresive suspension ? We have pretty much the same setup .

Go for it. 412's are WAY better than stock. I've got 13's on my '98.

Huge difference. I'm not too perceptive, kind of a good or bad type. The stock suspension was bad. Progressive is good. Worth every penny to me.
