Default Went for a ride

Got up sunday morning and it was 38 degrees at 7am. So I took off with and old XLForum guy named greanmeany1. We headed up to the rock store for breakfast, not to many bike but even less Harleys. I was the only sportster there at the time. Well until some guy showed up or an old XR-750. It was a chrome after market frame but it looked good. There were alot of old japanese bikes that looked like they were fresh out of the box. Went home about 2pm and had a ride down the 101,134, 5, where a mercedes almost took me out. Some dumb ass old man wanted my lane more than. At least I am alive so oh well. Hit the 10 and just blew by my off ramp and rode for another 100+ miles. When I got home it was 52 degrees. The only thing cold on me was my feet. All total about 300 miles. It was a good day. I beat the rain and rode the bike. I am happy for now but cant wait to get out again.

Too bad it's that way in So Cal. When we get on the bike and hit the road we remember why we bought our bikes then some a$$hole not paying attention ruins it. I had the same thing happen to me on Saturday coming back from the Moon Eyes event in Irwindale. A SUV did the same thing to me right by your off ramp. Probably why I don't like the super slab and enjoy my rides on the back roads of the IE.
Good to see you had a good ride. What is Greenmeany riding these days?

It was in the high 20's Thursday morning when I headed off to work. First time all year I had to beat ice off of my seat. I hate the friggin cold.
