Default Road Hound Dog Cage

Has anyone came across a replacement for the Road Hound Dog Cage. They quit making them before I could buy one. Have a 27lb Jack Russell that wants to ride on my luggage rack.

Holy Ballpark Franks Batman, what the heck are you feeding that thang! My Jack is a male half that weight. They are definitely great dogs. Mine would love to ride, but I haven't tried it yet. I did see some neat setups on the internet, though. Have you tried a search for motorcycle dog harnesses, etc. yet?

We hear of dogs that want to ride. How about a cat. She would sit in the saddlebag for hours taking it all in. It ain't a motorcycle, but the horse's name is Harley..

I have checked all over the internet for a replacement to the Roadhound Cage. Just have had no luck in finding even a close replacement. Has anyone heard why they went out of business. Can't be because of no demand they couldn't keep them in stock.

Found two other carriers so far:

T-Bags Pet Carrier - 19.5 x 12 x 9" - ~$180 - appears sof-sided - mounts to seat/rack and sissy bar - may be too small

Cleveland upolstering - http://www.clevelandupholstering.com...et_carrier.htm - Upolstered over plywood frame made custom for bike - cost ? - various sizes
